Girona FC 2025–26

Girona FC rewrote Spanish football history in 2023–24, finishing third in La Liga to qualify for the Champions League for the very first time in their history. Managed by Michel, the Catalan club built their success on relentless high-pressing, quick combinations and a collective identity that punched well above their weight against the established giants. After their European adventure, Girona continue to develop under Michel's attacking philosophy, with Ivan Martin pulling the strings in midfield and Arnau Tenas commanding the goalmouth. The departure of Savinho to Manchester City was a significant loss, but the club's ability to unearth and develop talent remains one of their greatest strengths.
