Szoboszlai signed from RB Leipzig for £60m in summer 2023 and has established himself as one of Anfield’s most important players. Hungary’s Captain
Szoboszlai has captained Hungary since 2021, becoming the youngest national team captain in their history. He led Hungary through their World Cup 2026 qualifying campaign and is the figurehead of a new generation of Hungarian football.
