USMNT squad selection
If I'm one of those strikers, I definitely would have been pissed. They've been performing really well, and they're chomping at the bit to get on and to do more for the national team.
Christian Pulisic form
It's a crazy stat line. I didn't know that Christian Pulisic hasn't scored for the US since 2024. Sometimes when things are not going for you, you try a little bit too hard and it makes the situation worse.
Youth development
I think creativity is kind of coached out of players. They care more about possession rather than taking risks and creating chances on goals. You need the players that are able to unlock the game.
Player mentality
I like people who play on the edge. I'd be a hypocrite to say otherwise. I like emotion, I like kicking people, I like fouling people. It shows that you care.
World Cup 2026 preparation
Worst case scenario, you're going into the World Cup with four losses. Hopefully that's not the case. It's good to get our losses out of the way before the tournament.
USMNT goalkeeper situation
Unfortunately, I would say Matt Turner was a loser in this one. When you have five goals dropped on you in a game, that's never a good look. That's nine goals in two games; that's never the stats you want to see as a goalie.
World Cup 2026 Group D
People were celebrating about the group that we got, but if you look at the games that we've had against them, it shows you it's going to be a tight freaking group. It's going to be so important to get off to a good start.
Tactical analysis
I think we need to do a little bit better job of playing on that line, testing every ref, and seeing what you can get away with. We're just a little bit too honest at times.
USMNT player form
I think Weston McKinney has been our best player in Europe, and that form continued as he came into the national team. He's definitely a star for our team and is a must-have in our lineup.
World Cup mentality
You've got to put your 10 toes down and back yourself and believe in yourself because if you don't, nobody else will. This is your chance. Go out there and see what you're made of.
