Premier League relegation battle
If Spurs were to go down this season, I think this becomes remembered as the Spurs season in the same way that 15-16 is the Leicester season. I think it's that big of a deal.
Manager sacking
I also don't think it's out of the question that this is Igor Tudor's final match in charge. If Spurs lose this convincingly, I could very much see a communicado official on Monday from Tottenham Hotspur.
Fan protests
Lazio are basically in complete open rebellion against their leadership, against Claudio Lotito... they're basically demanding that he sells the club and they are doing a protest which is the only effective way you can actually protest a team.
Lazio's biggest game of the year was last week a cup semifinal against Atalanta... 5,000 people at the Olimpico that was it. It looked completely deserted. They're completely boycotting.
Managerial hiring
The whole story of Chris Armis taking over at Kansas City has been wild... the Longs, who own that club, basically asking Jesse Marsch for input on the coaching hire, and Jesse Marsch saying, 'Oh, well, Chris Armis is a good coach,' and then they hire Chris Armis.
Transfer rumors
Ramiz Hamuda, 17-year-old center back for the Birmingham Legion... has reportedly agreed to a summer move to Werder Bremen. That is very much real.
NWSL season
I'm also stoked for the start of the NWSL season... two expansion teams one in Boston one in Denver. We're going to get some juicy stuff out of those.
Player loan watch
Mikey Moore, 18-year-old left winger who's on loan at Rangers from Spurs... was arguably Rangers' most dangerous attacking threat in the match's first half, completing more dribbles than any other player on the pitch.
Player form
Christian Kofani, the 19-year-old Bayer Leverkusen striker... scored two goals and registered an assist in the last two weeks. Let's see if he can make it four scouting reports in four weeks.
Transfer scouting
I had never heard of Opie [Oscar Piacchewski]... but then I saw his goal that he scored against Benfica at the weekend and saw a lot of people saying that he's the real deal. So I think we unearthed him.
