Managerial changes
Roy Hodgson came out of retirement at the age of 78 to take over Bristol City who have been on a six game winless run which saw their manager Guard Struber fired.
Arsenal title race
I still think they win the Premier League. But what I find really fascinating about Arteta is that after each of the three big setbacks recently, in each of those games, I think Arsenal have been poor at creating chances.
I think every single Arsenal fan will have gone into this season thinking the only thing that matters is that we win the league at long, long last and that we get rid of this bottlers tag.
Liverpool managerial search
It's pretty clear that Xabi Alonso would be the number one target this summer. I suspect Alonso would prefer to wait until a summer to take a new job rather than rush into one now.
Enzo Fernandes / Chelsea discipline
It has been deemed by I would say this is a Chelsea decision more than or as much as it is a Liam Rossini decision. But I don't get where it leads to particularly when it then provokes Fernandes's agent to speak to the Athletic and to say that he feels like his client's been stitched up.
Leeds United injury crisis
I actually think for most supporters, particularly given the draw of playing Chelsea and then probably Man City in a final if you get there, the overriding feeling might be one of worry because Anton Stack's been their best player this season. He went off injured and was on the touchline in crutches.
Liverpool defensive struggles
Virgil van Dijk is pretty much a one-man crime scene himself.
West Ham vs Leeds FA Cup
Football is very good when two teams who are sort of angst-ridden in their daily domestic chores of the Premier League get a chance to be quite bad against each other in a different context.
Erling Haaland / Man City
Haaland's ability to create space near apparently very, very good defenders is like nothing else in the world at the moment. And, yeah, that is a bit of a cheat code for Guardiola.
Millwall promotion push
I think whatever else you might say about Millwall football, I mean, it's fan base. We're not sanitised and we're not, you know, we don't conform. So I think it would bring a certain edge and energy to matters.
West Ham fan behavior
Booing a player when he's on the ball on the pitch seems a fairly odd way of going about that exercise.
